the Senior Clerical and Accounting Staff (Local Section) Higher Class ($4,600) with the title "Assistant Accountant, P.W.D.",

and that he be granted increments up to the minimum scale in

the Higher Class Junior Clerical Service ($4,800).

I would mention here, that the relative positions

of Messrs. Roylance, age 23 (on probation for Class II,

Senior Clerical and Accounting Staff (Local Section) and Singh,

age 53, would be determined to the advantage of Accounts Office,

if the suggestion in paragraph 5 could be carried out.
